When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days once we've received it. 
Orders placed on public holidays, Sundays or after 10:00 am on a normal working day are usually shipped on the next working day.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email containing the tracking number and the link to track your order once it's shipped.

How Long would it take my order to reach me?

It generally takes 3-7 working days from the dispatch date for any shipment to reach the destination.

However, in certain exceptions (unrest in the area, natural calamity, strike, rains etc)  the delivery times might increase.

Are there any additional or hidden charges on the product I am buying?

There are absolutely no additional or hidden charges. You pay what you see.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for my Location?

COD service is available across almost all major cities. However, it is advisable to check for your Pincode serviceability for Cash On Delivery.

Return & Refund Policy 

What is your returns policy?

We maintain high standards of quality and always try and delight you with our products. However, if you are unhappy with what you've received, we have 21 days return policy.

Please inform us of any damages/defects in the product within 2 days of delivery in order to receive a replacement.

How do I initiate a return?

  • Go to the return portal on our website and input your order ID and email address(which was used to order) to search your order a complete the return request.
  • As soon the package is received by us we will refund your amount through your original payment method.
  • Please send the package back to us within 21 days of the order placed.
  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • We would suggest you send the product via speed post or any reliable national courier service to the address:

         Suntop India,
         8, MM Rani Jhansi Road,
         Motia Khan Industrial Area, Delhi-110055. 

  • Keep the product tidy in a sturdy plastic packaging with the tags intact and seal it using a plastic tape. Please do not send shipments in paper envelopes. Do not use stapler anywhere to seal the package.
  • Place a note mentioning your Order No., Name, Phone number and the Return/Exchange reason inside of the package.
  • Send us the tracking number, Carrier name and return confirmation number through our contact us page.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it is not shipped. You can simply go the return portal and search your order with your order ID and email address(which was used to order). Then complete the process and we will cancel the order

Unfortunately, due to operational constraints, we will not be able to cancel your order if it is already shipped.

How do I get refunds for COD orders?

We offer original payment refund on online paid orders but to get COD refund you need to provide us your account details. Go to contact us page and send us the following details:

  1. Order ID
  2. Return Confirmation Number
  3. Any one of the following: Bank account details / UPI address / PayTM number

Do you arrange for pickups to return the product?

Sorry, We do not have reverse pickup services currently available.
